Station 1:
In station 1 the task was Evaporation cooling. First we placed a drop of water next to a drop of alcohol on the back of our palms. The alcohol felt cooler than the water and slid off our bodies too easy. If we sweat alcohol it would not cool us down and absorb our body heat.

Station 2:
In station 2 we were to test water tension and cohesion, we had to predict how many
drops of water would fit on a penny. What surface tension is, is when negative and positive charged hydrogen and oxygen come together and is able to carry very light objects and animals. I guessed 4 drops would fit on a penny and I was wrong as I tested the penny fit 22 drops of water.

Station 3:
The next station was Surface tension related. We added a drop of water, corn syrup, and alcohol. In what I observed from this station is that all three liquids slid off of the wax paper.

Station 4:
This station also included surface tension. In this station we had a pair of tweezers and paper clips, we had to guess how many paper clips would fit on the water before they sunk. I was unable to place any on top of the water.

Station 5:
Adhesions was a major part in this station . Adhesion is when water makes a meniscus and curves due to adhesion. This station was simple we poured water into a graduated cylinder and looked at the meniscus which is the curve in the water against glass due to adhesion.

Station 6:
The last station is Capalary Action, we placed a graduated cylinder next to another without water. we placed a paper towel in the one with blue water and the other side in the other one. Over night the blue water transferred over to the empty glass.
